The AWP Technique combines Advanced Hypnotherapy, NLP (neuro-linguistic-programming), a Behavioural Change Programme, Visualisation and Guided imagery to enable you to stop For Good.
Break Associations
In order to stop smoking, we need to break the association that smoking has to your daily activities, time of day, emotions or psychological issues linked to smoking. In hypnosis we convince the subconscious to replace the urge to smoke with healthy activities and/or behaviours such as determination, motivation, eating fruit upon awakening, drinking water, exercise or breathing. This is the reason why, with us, there is NO unwanted weight gain or other problems associated with kicking the habit. The only side effects are an increase in health, wealth, and freedom.
