AWP SMOKING CESSATION TREATMENT Terms and Conditions

  • Full Payment is required to reserve your treatment and secure an appointment. All programmes are payable in full by credit card, debit card, cash or bank transfer; neither cheques nor Amex Cards are accepted.

  • Appointments may be re-scheduled 48 hours prior to the session to avoid paying 100% penalty fee. Refunds/cancellations of the programme may be obtained within 7 days of signing this agreement starting on the day of receipt of the signed agreement. After this a refund cannot be granted. If a client fails to attend an appointment the session is forfeited.

  • There is no money back guarantee for our services. We are however dedicated to providing the best possible care and treatment to help our clients achieve their goals. Our clients’ confidentiality is assured. Results vary from client to
    client and are not guaranteed. *

  • Free Stop Smoking Back-Up Session for up to 30 days. The terms of the offer of one free back-up session have been explained to me.

Firstly, I understand and agree that this is not a money-back guarantee, but that if I don’t stop smoking as a result of my first therapy session, I may receive one further session at no additional cost within the first critical 30 days.

Secondly, I understand that this means if for any reason I slip and start to smoke again during the 30 days (one month) after I receive treatment, I may receive one free corrective therapy session.

Thirdly, I understand this free session is dependent upon me contacting the practice within a week of starting to smoke again.

Fourthly, I accept that should I fail to attend a back-up treatment (aside from mitigating circumstances) that I forfeit the right to this backup session, this not being the fault of the therapist. This back-up is only free for up to 30 days following treatment. Thereafter, sessions are available at the normal fee.

AWP FEES are subject to change at any time.

GROUP COURSES / TRAINING: CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFER
A participant may request a transfer to an alternative course within 30 days of the original course start date; provided that this written request is received within this timeframe & a £100 administration fee will be collected prior to processing this transfer. If a participant fails to attend the course all fees are forfeited. Cancellation of a group booking is subject to the following conditions:

  • Two weeks or less after booking – no charge.

  • More than two weeks after booking – 50% of total cost.

  • 30 days or less before the course start date – no refund is granted.

CANCELLATION BY AWP STOP SMOKING CLINIC

Company reserves the right to change dates and venues. AWP STOP SMOKING CLINIC reserves the right to alter the course content, location or cancel any course at any time without liability.
