Consistently achieve remarkable success

We follow a strict protocol to consistently achieve exceptional results. To ensure you get the
maximum benefit, I suggest you listen to my relaxation recording at least 3 to 4 times prior to
coming to your session, complete a comprehensive questionnaire, a goal setting form and a
behaviour modification form.
This blended technique incorporates Advanced Hypnotherapy, NLP, a Behavioural Change
Programme, Visualisation and Guided imagery to create an effective treatment. NLP (neuro linguistic
programming) is a powerful approach for changing negative habits.
Prepare for Success Prior to the Session:
1. Ensure you have made a decision to stop
2. Explain why this method is successful
3. You complete a questionnaire, write out goals and list smoking triggers
4. Listen to relaxation CD 3 to 4 times before attending session
5. Florence studies documentation to personalise the session
6. Use your words, experiences and goals for subconscious to easily accept suggestions
7. Break the association that smoking has to your activities
8. Replace the urge to smoke with new healthy activities and patterns of behaviour
9. Ensure all along session that subconscious has made the right connections and correct if necessary
10.Focus on the rewards of quitting and the pain of smoking
11.Visualise yourself in your daily activities not smoking at every point that you would have smoked in the past to reinforce your determination to never smoke again
